Through our work, we want to contribute to a more sustainable future. We rely on digital solutions to save paper and increase efficiency. Well thought-out route planning is designed to avoid unnecessary journeys, so that every kilometer driven really counts. Recycling our terminal equipment conserves resources.
Since 1994, we have been owner-managed, independent and true to our principles. We have long since outgrown our beginnings as a promotion and merchandising agency in Bad Homburg: we are active in all channels, count several thousand employees among our TMS family and cover the entire spectrum from sell-in to sell-out with our service portfolio. TMS - that means sales know-how, straightforwardness and always going the extra mile.
Our merchandising teams are among the largest in Germany - and have been for years. Our merchandise clearance teams make sure our customers' POS is presented in the best light and selling strong, on a day-to-day basis and during peak periods.
Whether grocery stores, electronics stores or DIY stores: our Sales Force employees are active in all distribution channels and act as brand representatives for our customers. They ensure that products receive the best possible in-store placements, store associates know the product benefits, and prioritize where potential markets lie based on the data collected.

Benjamin Bonitz
EN Schon nach seinem dualem Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre interessierte sich Benjamin Bonitz für das Dienstleistungsmarketing und begann seine Karriere in der Trademarketing-Branche. Seit 2019 zeichnet er als Managing Director verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung der TMS Group.
Seine Überzeugung: Wenn Prozesse so aufgesetzt und digitalisiert werden, dass die Menschen, die für eine Marke im Einsatz sind, bestmöglich performen können, entsteht Raum für Erfolg und Innovation.

Mark Nitschke
EN Nach seinem Studium an der Maastricht University School of Business and Economics vertiefte Mark Nitschke sein Interesse am Trademarketing und POS Marketing – und wurde 2013 zum Managing Director der TMS Group berufen.
Sein Ansatz: Wenn strategische Lösungen mit der praktischen Umsetzung und Auswertung dieser Hand in Hand gehen, entfalten Marken und Handel ihr volles Potenzial. Dazu gehört auch die konsequente Umsetzung von Omnichannel-Maßnahmen, um am POS der Zukunft wettbewerbsfähig zu sein.
